My theory is the U.S. govt. doesn't want weed legal because THEY are the weed dealers right now. They sell to insurance companies for the cancer etc. patients and they sell to the pharmaceutical companies doing drug research. They have the market cornered. And, we know the government and insurance companies are both crooked so there is some serious $$$ being made by someone when those 2 organizations work together.
