314,743,000 people in the country, out of that approximately 150,000,000 are registered but only 120,000,000 bothered to vote so tell me where the other 30,000,000 people are?

Roughly 70% of eligible voters bother to register and roughly 70% of the registered voters ever bother to vote. Compare that to countries where the registration is hard and traveling to a polling place is brutal and then note their near 90% or better participation. Too fat dumb and happy to care and that is the sad truth of it. This country as a whole does not deserve good government and that is what they have been getting and its downhill from here.
