It's going to happen, they can already come into your home with no warrent, take you to an undisclosed place of their choosing, tell no one they did it, and keep for as long as they see fit. This was signed into law 12-31-11 New Years Eve by BHO, and it was almost unanimously approved by the Republican controlled Congress.
