Default Finnish Mosin Found in the Woods and Restored

Hi all,

I've watched this forum for a while, but this is my first time posting.

I read an article recently about a guy that found a Finnish Mosin in the woods and restored it. I believe it was found somewhere in Canada.

I realize that the Mosin Nagant rifles are really not worth very much, but I was curious if this particular rifle might be worth more than a typical "out of the box" Mosin since it has a story to go with it and documentation of that story. Also, what is the significance of the gun being Finnish?

Maybe this is more of a question for Antiques Roadshow, but I was just curious what this forum thought.
