Yes, it's a real photo.
We have many neighborhoods here that are developed by home building companies. They have four or five floor plans (with no personalizing available), and they keep their costs low by buy massive amounts of the exact same siding, shingles, etc.
The whole south side of Indy is that way. Many of the neighborhoods have HOAs that further limit anything your can do to make your home unique. Flag poles banned, no parking in the driveway, etc. Just crazy if you ask me.
Really easy to get lost in suburbia.
