same here. one builder or developer may have a themed subdivision. might be 3 floor plans available.. few options.. maybee screened room.. etc.. otherwise, as ford said.. you can have any color you want as long as it's black.

all same shingles.. and the HOA/POA has to approve paint colors.. thus tyou see 4-5 muted shades of paint.. all that go with greyish shingles.. plenty of them around here like that. I live next to one of the largest in the state.. say.. 10miles from me.. huge development..
