Earlier this week I was traveling south bound on Interstate 75 through Kentucky, working my way towards eastern North Carolina. About 50 miles north of the Tennessee line a black Ford four wheel drive van with government license plates was parked along the road side. About a quarter of a mile farther was a black Ford four door, four wheel drive truck with what appeared to be a radio box on instead of a bed, this also had government license plates. About a mile farther down the road two more of the black Ford trucks equiped the same. About another mile down the was a white Chevrolet four door, four wheel drive truck with what appeared to be a radio box on it as well, and a short distance from that was a sand colored Chevrolet van also parked along the road, it also with government license plates. All of the aforementioned vehicles had no markings of any kind on them. Are they a part of FEMA that has now been granted special police rights by the President. Does anyone have anything they can add about what these vehicles and their occupants were doing?
