Possibly if you can get the dimensions and specs right.
In my parents 6 car garage, (well a 2 plus a 2 wide, 2 deep on the side) I left all my big stuff there, 6' drill press with x,y axis vice clamp, other sized vices, a bending table, welder, grinders, compressor, hammers and all kinds of stuff. Plus my dad had LOTS of stuff and could fix anything.
Once you get comfortable with basic metal work you can make a lot of stuff. That's why I love the drill press and an x,y vice clamp that you can mill or even press stuff on and off.
I built a lot of neat stuff but you need the basic tools....and practice.
