If any person has a doubt about the meaning of the 2nd Amendment to your Constitution refer them to "The Federalist Papers" (If you don't have it, get one. I have it and I'm not an American). I don´t remember exactly where it refers to the 2nd Amendment, but I'll check and post it here.
