Let me help you. Jeb Bush recused himself from the counting fracas early on (documented fact), so it couldn't be the former. And George Bush won the popular vote in Florida (once the Supreme Court kept the DNC from illegally trying to pick up votes only in the areas that would help them), which gave him the electoral college vote nationally. You do remember the electoral college, don't you? Anyway, it couldn't be the latter either I suppose. So it must've been the November 2000 election when the Supreme Court kept the DNC from breaking the law (again) and let the system do its job.

Instead of blaming either Bush, maybe you should blame the 90,000 Floridians who voted for Nader, or Al Gore for not being able to carry his home state...

As to the Nov '04 Washington State Election at least the winner's brother didn't do the vote counting.
No, that was where the DNC wasn't happy with cold, uncaring, non-political machines telling them the GOP candidate won and held their breath until they could get a hand count that showed their candidate won by a handful of suspect votes.

Here's a little side project for you. Google "Ophelia Ford" and "felons voting".

But you're right about anybody being voted out of power, but I don't have to tell a conservative about that, do I?
Wow, it sounds like you've already forgotten the last time Dems lost the congressional power they thought was entitled to them. When was that, 1994? Just let liberals be liberals, and they'll be out of office before you know it. Povided the elections can be held in a legal manner. Photo ID to vote anyone? Hmmm, why do you think the Dems always vote against that idea...?

Y'know, I'm now seeing what you meant when you recently said:
