almost was the rule, Id'a been dead 40 years ago.
Kel-Tec sells a
front fore grip for the PLR-16 pistols 9.2 in. barrel that has a Picatinney rail on the bottom,
other sites sell front pistol grips that will fit on a picatenny rail.
