Buy a used Ruger 10-22 at the pawn shop. $150
Sent it to Randy at CPC and let him set the bbl back, do a trigger job, and headspace the bolt. $175
With Wolf MT [ $3] a box ammo it will shoot inside a dime @ 50 yds.
