I like the .270 myself. Built off the tried and true '06. John O'Connor couldn't say anything bad about it. In fact he was the premier promoter of this round back in the fifties. I never understood why Stoner didn't adapt the .270 instead of the .223 for the new NATO round we are now stuck with. I really believe that extra diameter would have made a world of difference without increasing the weight much more than it is now.
