Dutch Oven Rabbit
2 Rabbits, cut into serving pieces
1 carrot, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
S & P
Place soup, water, carrots, onion in Dutch oven and mix well. Put rabbit pieces in mixture and spoon sauce over them. Add S & P to taste. Cover Dutch oven and place over hot coals. Put more coals on cover. Roast meat for 1 1/2 hours. or until meat is tender. SERVES: 5-6
