You need to stop firing that gun IMMEDIATELY. It is no longer safe.

You got a bad deal, Altrisk. The Millenium series had some problems with the frames cracking like that; the newer Millenium Pro series is, I've read and heard, much better, but that doesn't change the fact that yours is broken.

Taurus has a lifetime warranty on everything, so theoretically they will fix it for you. I can't say how long that will take, as I've never used their repair service (I don't own any Taurus guns).
