I recieved your photo and will answer your question here... You dont have to upload your pictures to a host unless you just want to.

You may click Manage Attachments > Browse > then search for your picture on your computer > Double click on it and the file name will appear in the browser box > Click Upload > then close the window...When you Submit Reply the photo should be attached.
