Crp, I'm pretty certain you won't be disappointed when ya get your hand around one.
Boker makes several types...you can have one at your door from Brigade Quartermaster for about $100. Over the decades several other companies have been contracted to make the dagger at correct specs...some took some cosmetic freedoms with looks, like chrome-polish blades etc etc, but stayed very close to the designers' original specs...and those daggers are still out there.
The Gerber Combat Folders were inspired by the very same dagger. There's two types. I've had the larger version several years now and it is one tough cookie. (My unit issued them in 2004, for a price of $89 each at that time I believe, thanks Uncle Sam.) Anyway...it's basically the same dagger but slips in your pocket...same balance, same lines, same feel, just less length.
