Default Re: Obama Sued in Philadelphia Federal Court on Grounds he is Constitutionally Inelig

Actually the core of teh case reverts back to WHERE he was actyually born. As the law reads, you are a US Citizen IF born to parents or a parent of US Citizenship OVER the ahe of 18. Now his motehr was 18 when he was born and there has been 3 very creditable claims that his Hawii birth Cirtificate is false. he was actually born in Kenya and then his motrehr flew to Hawii to get a record of birth. That is one reason he is NOT a US citizen Secondly he was adopted by a step father who was a citizen of Indonesia AND when Obama entered school in Indonesia it is listed as a fact that he is a citizen of Indonesia at teh time he entered and attended the school as per his school transcripts. So there is 2 reasons he is not a coitizen and not eligable to run for the office of the President of the US. LASTLY, while many countries reconize dual citizenship, the US per the US Constitution disallows a person who is a citizen of anotehr country to serve as President of the United States. They can be Sec. Of State as in the case of Madame Albright, they can be in office in othr capacities but cannot be a President or Vice-president.

Now bottom line is this will go no where at all, just a waste of money and taxpayers money in the fact we tax payers pay teh judges salaries IMHO.
