Who could authorize this. I'm thinking only the Navy could actually suggest this. It makes me very concerned that not only elected politcal goofs are this stupid. Ya know you would hope the Navy and other armed forces would be lead by, I don't know, I'm tempted to say conservative, but I don't know, I'll say truthful commen sense. Apparantly not, just more politcal butt kissing to get something in return.
I'm not a Navy man, but it must be a sad day for all of you, who are.
