I have to go along with the above. I made extensive use of the old Car15 in hot, dirty and very dusty conditions and found it to be reliable and easy to maintain. You did have to clean it regularly, and I always had a little gripe about the small, easy to drop parts, for example the split pin that retains the firing pin, but overall a reliable, accurate and best of all, light weapon IMMO.
