Just this morning I heard on FOX about gift cards and gift certificates...I didn't keep track of all the faults mentioned because I was addressing Christmas cards on all the new arrivals that come yesterday....Oh sure, you've seen the racks by the checkout counters with every brand name you can think of displayed...I've given a number from HOME DEPOT already this year and I know my wife got some for her church friends from SEE'S CANDY and LOWE'S. Gave some to my Grandsons for PAPA JOHN'S PIZZA...
There was a whole bunch of rules and regulations about the card...I guess it's on the fine print but charges for handling and processing when you purchase something...charges for extended periods of use....damn near like you're being penalized for this, that and the other things....If you troops know about this crap, share it here so we can all be aware of this 'jerk-off'!!!
