I own a Para S16 40 Limited and it shoots well but the fit and finish wasn't as nice as expected for a $1000. It isn't better than a .45 but it does hold more ammo, 16 in the mag and one in the tube. I own a Rock River Arms 1911 in .45 and it shoots great and is a no frils 1911 that I paid less than $400 for.
