I don't think they should deny anyone the 2nd amendment unless they HAVE gone out and done any of these criminal acts. Because some people get on these anti-depressants and other medications, then go out and do something bad doesn't mean we ought to just take away everyone's rights does it? If so, then why don't we just outlaw guns because some people choose to commit crimes with them?
If people on these perscriptions go out and do these things, that's why more people should buy guns and learn proper use and training on firearms so they can defend themselves.
The Bill Of Rights specifically says that Congress cannot abridge, or "erase" or "put a line through" any of the amendments to the Bill Of Rights. Everyone has a right to keep and bear arms. If someone fears guns may fall into the wrong hands, exercise your rights. Get a gun and shoot back.
