Increase? Based on what data? Violent crime rates have been falling for a long time.

Well most of the drugs in question do bear warnings of risks of such behavior. The drug companies know about it. If a drug has a slight chance of pushing someone to violent acts, then somewhere someone is going to do something violent with the drug being the cause. Of course, in a defense, that's hard to prove. That is, even if you're a 12 year old that's hard to prove and everyone in this country is mad about everyone towards everything.
