Now that is some thing I had along time ago. My dad gave some to me with breakfast, and didn't tell me what it was until I asked.....yuck. Memorable, just not a good one.

One of my relatives gifted my dad with a big chunk of head cheese a few years ago, he threw it in the ditch on his way home.
