It's pretty sweet already from all the fruit. This cancer/anti-inflammatory diet I'm doing won't allow any artificial sweetners, or any kind of sugar. I can use a very limited amount of organic raw maple syrup or organic honey and then the fruit itself and that's it. High fructose corn syrup is public enemy number one and sugar is running a very close second, with all the nonsugar sweetners, including Stevia, right up there. Anything that converts to sugar in your blood stream is bad news too. That fruit salad is about the only sweets I get. Torture for someone who loves to bake goodies and likes to eat them on occasion too. Of course, I'm sweet enough without all that stuff, but I still like it.

Oh, I forgot. I usually put strawberries in my version of my mom's fruit salad.
