Honestly, I sucked at football and baseball, I dont like golf etc. One day a friend took me shooting whan I lived in Florida in the late 80s, and I was kinda natural at it. I just had a knack for it. Also just like old cars, I like the mechanics of the device. I like to fix them and clean them. Thats what got me started on it. I have really come to enjoy shooting and particularly like collecting WWII and cold war firearms.
Its funny the 2 favorite hobies I have are muscle cars & guns, both are under constant attack and are just inanamate objects. Like the musclecars, firearms require great resposibility when operating, poor judgement or carelessness leads to trajedy.
Some of these people need to answer why they like rum and coke or whatever they drink and explain why they like it and if they feel bad whenever a drunk kills someone behind the wheel. or substitute whatever their vice is. That was just an example I have no problem with some tossing a couple back.
