I picked up the Kimber Eclipse Custom II yesterday. Did the field strip and gave it a good cleaning as recommended in the manual. Hope to get to the range later this week and run some factory ammo and start the break in process.

I'm also a Ruger fan and there may be one of their new 1911's in my future...already planted that seed with the DW for a Christmas present.
