would like another .22 that shoots 1" grps
out of the 13 .22 bolt rifles i own, only 2 will consistently shoot ragged hole 1" groups consistently.One is an old Romanian military target rifle with aguila target ammo,the other is a CZ452 varmint in .17Mach2.My other rifles shoot accurately once I've found the ammoo it likes but not the really tight groups I'd like.I realize an Anschutz or some other expensive target rifle would do the job but my resources limit me to the $200-$400 price range.Is there another rifle anyone would recommend either new or used that I might like? I have lots of different brands/types of .22 ammo target and otherwise to experiment with.I'd love to have an old Win.75 or Rem.37 but price and availability probably will prevent this.With my limited budget am i just dreaming or does anyone have suggestions?
