"Irresponsible"? Well, I suppose a .22 will work if you can get the bullet to go precisely where you want it to and you're close enough to the target. So technically inaccurate. A feeble attempt at humor as a way of characterizing my opinion; hyperbole, perhaps. But "irresponsible"?
