There are some plastic models(meaning not metal) that would work for you. I say plastic just because of the weight issues. I suggest you spend some time on the Surefire website and see what they have.

Don't get hung up on Surefire as there others out there with the same good warranty. I have Fenix and Surefires and like them equally.
