from chaos we see a practical design , the more we see of the universe and how it was created the more folks become believers in Creation as opposed to a random series of events that made the universe

through chaos we get fractal some of these are bigger equations than we can handle but as we progress we see less uncertainty and more defined development parameters

and who set these Parameters?
