I don't know what flipped their switch, if anything. The feds announced today ( like it needed announcing ) that America is the major target of terrorists, foreign or home-grown, and cyber attacks targeting our infrastructure.

Is that really news to anybody? Whats the reason they felt it was necessary to announce this, once again, all across the news spectrum? Smells.
