I've been venturing north with my 44 mag and thought I might try 20 grains of 2400 and see what my model 29 is capable of. 19 grains was a hoot, so I'm thinking 20 should be "wow". Hope I don't turn myself into a flinch-monkey in the process.
240 grain MBC with with mostly winchester brass, on top of winchester primers. One gripe-of the times I have purchased new winchester primers they have all been mildly tarnished. Kind of annoying when you put them in freshly tumbled brass. Thankfully I just picked up a 1000 CCI primers, so glad to be done with these.
