My vote is for a Model 98 Mauser. A controlled feed, battle proven, safari proven commercial or military action Model 98 Mauser. This is the action the the infamous Springfield 03 was copied from, and Winchester bolt actions, both Model 54 and 70 designed from the Springfield guns. The one, the only, the original Model 98 Mauser, a design that no one has been able to improve upon since its inception.
