Hi, I was ammo shopping last weeking, and I came across an old box of Cor-bon 9mm+P BHP 124gr. Mfg. date is 1996, and my question is why did they discontinue it?

More importantly...where can I buy some (if its even possible..This was a lucky find at a browning gun store,)
