I ordered a two piece scope base and a Phat torque screwdriver and their site kept telling me that I had a invalid CC#. So I called the 800 number. To my surprise the guy that answered was very upbeat and helpful. He had my order ready to go in record time! He thanked me for calling and informing him of the Credit card problem and gave me an extra 5% off for my trouble. Oh yeah, no shipping charges.
I will have no trouble ordering my scope from this outfit.
