So the fish thread got me hungry for some fried fish so Saturday I removed some crappie from the deep freeze and fried it up.
The crappie were first dusted in flour that I seasoned with black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Then they hit the egg/milk wash and finally I coated them in instant mashed tater flakes. Then fried them up in the skillet and served it with cucumbers, green onions and tomatos.
