My experience with most companies' service reps, guns and everything else has always been positive even though it may take quite a bit of time to get off "HOLD FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE REP". Be patient and treat them courteously and you may be surprised at the positive reception that you will receive.
I have had issues with Keurig Coffee Makers and I was very polite to the rep and in each instance received a brand new Keurig overnighted all at no charge.
Anyway, I'm glad that this worked out for you, and welcome to the Forum. Now I'll go take my Prozac so I can be kind to the next rep I call.
Oh, my bad. Please pardon me. I didn't realize I was unkind when I called them. I'm sure it was my fault for being so rude. I should have thought of that.
