There isn't a business existing, that has two or more employees, that can't be busted by OSHA. If they arrive with the intent to bust the owner, it's not that difficult.

If you have a bottle of anything sitting in a corner, and it doesn't have an OSHA approved tag on it showing contents and proper handling instructions, and proper clean-up instructions, you're busted.
