bullfever, the forward part of the barrel could obviously not be sleeved; what I meant was a barrel sleeved into the larger diameter rear portion.

I'm not trying to inflame, but am puzzled by the odd looking forend, that looks more like a cutoff shotgun forend than the ones on other Handy Guns.

The trigger guard loop and sight probably are insignificant, but where'd you see 10 different sights when we've only been shown yours and the one linked?

It could be a one-of-a-kind special order, or the barrel shortened and forward part turned down by an owner.
