No, it's not a Nikon, but for the money, it's a damned good buy. They have a no BS warranty too, if the scope fails, don't mess with it and send it back. They send you a NEW scope, not yours repaired.

The glass comes from Japan, the other parts China, where they are "made".
Bottom line, they are a decent scope for the money. The thing is you can spend just a little more and get a better scope. I have nothing more against Mueller than any other scope made in China.
My earlier (above) was aimed at the 10- 35X magnification more than the company.
