No, it's not a Nikon, but for the money, it's a damned good buy. They have a no BS warranty too, if the scope fails, don't mess with it and send it back. They send you a NEW scope, not yours repaired.

I don't know about warranties from either company. But, I have Mueller and Nikon scopes and I like them both. The Mueller are cheaper and seem to function GREAT for me. I have the Muller APV with adjustable AO and think it is 4-15x or something like that. Got it for $120 to my door and it is on a CZ 455 Evolution in .22lr. It works great for me.
