Any Tikka T3, Savage (not the Axis or edge) , Howa, Remington 700 with a Varmint contour barrel with a 24" minimum length should do what you want.
Warning you will probably want to change the stock on most of the above rifles (I know from experience) so you might want to go with a package deal where
that is already done. You'll end up getting a complete rifle ready to shoot.
