it just aint gonna happen dude,,,, the 40grain bullet just hasnt got enough weight to knock down the larger plates,, takes a bigger bullet. have shot both rifle and pistol silhouette,, the pistol goes out to 200 meters and anthing less then .357 with 180 grain bullet wont do it. stay with the 22 for 22 plates.. if u wish to knock down the others get a biggggger gun !!!!
