I agree, too many people are joining the Police Forces when they haven't the nerves or tolerance for it.
I don't think most 'break the law' because they can, they just aren't cut out to be Cops.
C'mon, a guy in wheel chair??! What, he didn't have a taser, or a nightstick?, Or Mace?
