I see many so called chefs are supporters of Hunters. Bourdain and the Bug eating guy both have been on Hunts and the kill for their shows. Kill skin and prepare. Wakes one up to what it takes to place a meal on the table.

Love it! I dig the article and I love eating squirrel.

Chef's are bringing out to the public what some of use back country folk have know for along time. Critters is good eating.
