Default What is wrong with my RCBS JR2?

Something is just not right. He, he, he. Sorry JLA, I did not have any canary yellow on hand.

The funny thing JLA is I only painted it that color for a joke so I could put it on TFF. I got it all bolted up and my wife saw it and she said in a serious way, "Are you sure you want to repaint it", so I just had to laugh.

I am going to paint it BSU blue and orange this week and then I'll post the pics.

I must admit, it makes my reloading bench stand out, just in a different sort of way.

I would but the pic makes it look better than what it is. The press is actually the color of this text.

Can't many folks say they have a Barney looking RCBS press! I would leave it.

BTW, is that grey tray thing plastic or metal? I have one here that looks like that but it is plastic (don't remember the color, though) that I don't have any use for. Anyone need one?

My tray is aluminum. This press was a disaster. The tray was horrid but with some elbow grease primer and paint it came out good. Once I fullt reassembled it and tried it, it runs like it is new.

If no one wants that tray, I would take it. Let me know.

If you're going to the trouble to paint it orange and blue - might as well paint the correct shades of each instead of that funky Boise Blue!

War Eagle!

Not hardly! We SEC teams believe in winning whenever we play teams from the NW! Now, if we can just convince Georgia how to follow suit....

What's wrong with my RCBS JR2??
From the pictures I'd say it's feeling a little blue. From your description, it sounds like it's in the pink of health.

Looks just like a Florida Gator fan would do - or would that be the Virginia Cavaliers?

You folks out west still having Tebow withdrawals?
