Carver is one very nice individual. He is quite sharp firearms- wise. Had the opportunity to talk with him for a while today. It is good to make new friends.
My reason for posting this is good friends are hard to find. Aquaintences are everywhere, but real friends are a treasure. ![]()

I've had the pleasure of visiting with Carver and his lovely bride. Nice folks. Hope to see them again.

Best part of the forum is getting to meet up with fellow members; Myles and Laura have made a couple of the central TX meets. It's impossible to meet a better class of people than those I've met on the forum here. If you're ever over in the Ft Worth area, drop me a PM.

Iron Eagle now has a standing invitation to come out to my place to shoot, though he is a member of Long Range Alley. We spent a very pleasent few hours together yesterday, and the wife, and I are praying for him in that God will give him a good job in the very near future! I have met a lot of folks that are members of this forum, and I can truly say that like Will Rogers said, "I've not met one member that I didn't like"! Well ole Will would have said that, had he been a member of TFF!!

My son and I had the pleasure of meeting Carver and his wife at the MO TFF shotgun shoot at bobski's trap and skeet range. Good guy with some good stories to tell. Hope to run into him again.
