Default ok i did it

well after sleepness nights and daydream full days i picked out my new 1911

i was going to go with the kimber cdp II , but after reading and reviewing many ,many articals ,boards and anything i can get my hands on ,i decided not to go with the kimber II series

i was going to buy the para-hi-cap ,but i really wanted to stay with the single stack

so i picked out a "Wilson Combat millennium Protector" 500 rnds put in it

heres a pic of one being i have to pay it off next pay-day and then have the usuall waiting period

man is that thing sweet ,hope it shoots and groups as good as they claim

Thanks guys

it has the sweetest trigger i have ever seen , just the way you would want it ,feels like 3 to 3.5 pounds ,the slide works so smooth i couldn't believe it ,its almost "not right" to be so smooth ,most perfect one I have ever held

i was in my office this morning ,looking for a old gun book with a Wilson article ,and "duh" , the gun i just bought was on the cover
Great write up, the author carry weapon, Wilson claims 1.5" or less guarantee, he claims 1 hole five shot grouping

And I stole it for what I paid for it , could easily make up to 6 bills if I sold it
